RAID: Shadow Legends x YouTube Premium

We’re excited to announce a new collaboration that aims to be mutually-beneficial for not only Plarium and YouTube, but the gaming community as well. Plarium is partnering with YouTube Premium to offer eligible RAID: Shadow Legends players a unique opportunity for a Ad Free two-month trial subscription. This will further assist in elevating the player experience, while bringing more value.

What is YouTube Premium?

YouTube Premium allows subscribers to access and enjoy a range of exclusive benefits that enhance their video-watching experience. Subscribers can watch ad-free videos, download videos to watch offline, and play videos in the background while using other apps at the same time.

Those with a YouTube Premium subscription can also access YouTube Music Premium, allowing subscribers to listen to more than 100 million songs, albums and playlists - all while offline, ad-free, and with their device screen locked.

Who is eligible for the YouTube Premium trial through RAID: Shadow Legends?

RAID: Shadow Legends players that are legal residents of the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Germany have a chance at a free two-month trial subscription to YouTube Premium as long as they meet the following requirements:

  • Their in-game account is linked to a valid Plarium ID
  • They are level 20+
  • Open the game on five different days within 30 days of accepting the Official Rules

Once you’ve met these requirements, you’ll receive a unique code via the email linked to your Plarium ID. Redeem it on YouTube by August 31 to get a two-month trial of YouTube Premium.

You’ll also receive an in-game Avatar for your RAID: Shadow Legends game account, as well as 3 x50 Multi-Battle Attempts, and 250 Energy.

Why did RAID: Shadow Legends partner with YouTube Premium?

Speaking about the collaboration between RAID: Shadow Legends and YouTube, Shlomi Laufer, Product Marketing Manager at Plarium, stated: “We found a direct correlation between our RAID player base and their streaming habits. Adding this kind of in-game feature will give value to our player base outside the game as well. This is the first time we are actually giving everyone from the eligible countries something on this scale."
