Plarium makes the top 3 IT employers in Ukraine according to an independent employee survey

Plarium is once again among the leading IT-industry employers in Ukraine. Based on the results of this year's survey on DOU.ua, the company has ranked in the top three employers with 800-1500 members of staff. In 2019 and 2020, Plarium also made the top 3 in the same category.

The editors of DOU.ua, the largest Ukrainian developer community, compile an annual list of the best employers by surveying staff. This year 23,736 professionals took part in the vote. The ratings are based on five criteria: compensation, working conditions, satisfaction with projects, career prospects, and loyalty.

Plarium's average score across all of these criteria is 95 out of 100.
