Plarium Becomes the Main Partner of the Kharkiv International Marathon 2021

Plarium Kharkiv International Marathon will be held in the city's main streets on October 17th, 2021.

Plarium has always worked hard to support the sports and health interests of its employees. In these hard times, we decided the best way to offer that support was to join in one of the biggest events for sports fans both in our company and in Kharkiv as a whole.

Plarium has become the main partner of the Kharkiv International Marathon, the biggest marathon in eastern Ukraine, and due to be held on October 17th, 2021. This is just the latest project that Plarium has undertaken to support the health and growth of talented people in our home city of Kharkiv.

In collaboration with the Kharkiv International Marathon, our company will support and inspire participants of this event to conquer new worlds - the world of “running,” this time. It’s much easier to accomplish great things when working with lots of great people, and we’re proud to lend our expertise!

“Take the world of running!” will be the motto of the Kharkiv Marathon in 2021.

Plarium Kharkiv International Marathon will be held on October 17th. The distances runners can aim for are 42.2 km, 21.1 km, 10 km, 4.2 km, and 1.6 km (Family Run). The main and historical streets of Kharkiv will serve as the venue for this year’s marathon, and the start/finish line will be located at Freedom Square.

About the Event

Kharkiv International Marathon is the largest sporting event in eastern Ukraine, held since 2014. It gathers around ten thousand professional athletes, amateur runners, and healthy lifestyle fans every year. In 2014, the marathon was listed in the Ukrainian Book of Records as the largest race in terms of the number of registered participants. The marathon’s track was certified by the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS).
