Plarium Kharkiv is looking for Technical Trainers to conduct lectures, workshops, and interim testing for C# Developers. You will also manage the C# internship program and work on improving it in collaboration with the Team Leads of the relevant product teams.
The internship program at Plarium involves hands-on training with a gaming project in the production stage: from daily meetings to code review and individual tasks. Intern groups consist of 6-8 people, and training takes place from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (GMT +2) on weekdays. Upon completion of the 10-week internship, alumni will have a chance to interview for roles with the teams handling RAID: Shadow Legends and Mech Arena.
You will be working mainly with .NET, C# 6.0 and higher, Unity, Bitbucket repositories, and Atlassian bug tracking systems. Successful technical trainer candidates will work at our amazing Kharkiv office!
Managing C# Developer trainees and conducting their training sessions
Developing educational content for the internship program
Improving the current educational content of the internship program
Taking part in trainee selection and conducting technical interviews
Conducting C# training courses for existing employees
3+ years of teaching experience with programming languages from the C family
Knowledge of algorithms and object-oriented programming principles (OOP, SOLID)
Good command of C# and the .NET Framework
Experience working with collections, delegates, and events
Understanding of memory management in .NET, reflection, and multithreading
Experience creating educational content
Experience working with Unity and Unity UI
Ability to work with relational databases
Understanding of client-server architecture
Experience working with bug tracking systems (Trello, Jira)
Experience working with Git repositories
Officially registered full-time employment
