About the department:

Plarium is a multinational game development company with studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by more than 400 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Kharkiv is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Monetization & Game Services Department, which develops payment processing services for Plarium’s games, as well as tools for setting up and launching LiveOps events. The department’s more than 15 specialists use the latest technologies, with the backend of its projects based on .NET, while the frontend uses ReactJS and microservices.

You will be working closely with colleagues at Plarium Herzliya, and take the lead on initiating changes within projects and optimizing departmental processes.

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Kharkiv office or remotely. Relocation assistance is available.


  • Collating and coordinating requirements for tasks

  • Monitoring the execution of tasks in a task-tracking system

  • Preparing and maintaining project roadmaps in collaboration with teams and product managers

  • Creating project and individual task specifications

  • Maintaining communication between teams and informing all stakeholders of project changes

  • Building collaborative work processes with other departments

  • Coordinating game feature releases while giving due consideration to stakeholder requests and the workload of other departments

  • Conducting project research

  • Monitoring project KPIs and working to improve them


  • 3+ years of experience working as a project manager in a product company

  • Native speaker of Ukrainian or Russian

  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher

  • Experience managing long-term projects

  • Experience maintaining project documentation and creating roadmaps

  • Skills in data analysis and visualization


  • Experience with projects related to payment processing

  • Knowledge of game-monetization metrics and how to influence them

  • Knowledge of Tableau / Google Analytics
