Plarium is looking for a talented IT Director to join the global IT department and focus on the company’s products and services. You will be responsible for leading the IT solutions and infrastructures across the organization by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing IT technologies. You will lead the IT for the internal corporate infrastructure, production systems, cloud services at Plarium.
This role is full-time and is Israel based.
Manage the Global IT activity, budget and procurement across different studios and sites
Responsibility on end to end IT infrastructure level cross-company
Leading the global IT infrastructure vision, collaboration and innovation
Networking, cloud environments, servers, windows, Linux, MAC and SAAS environment
Provide the necessary infrastructure to support the company's growth and scale
Ensure technology platform and production availability, disaster recovery plan and global monitoring platform
Lead global infrastructure projects end to end, validate its following the strategy
Support R&D needs across the company, create dev platforms following development needs
Create strong relationships with various business units and the studio’s IT department regarding infrastructure requirements (developers, DevOps, budget etc.)
Collaborate with the information security department and implement its guidelines
Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff
10+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects, in global companies
5+ years of proven experience in managing IT managers and department
Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, back-office systems, identity management, hardware, and new developments in the IT domain
Experience managing a “cloud first” technology stack based on platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, GCP, Github, Docker
Knowledge of core network hardware and concepts (switches, routers, wireless, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Russian Speaker - big advantage
