Employee Experience/ Welfare Manager/ Head of Fun- anyway you look at it, it is the beating heart of the HR department, and of the Company at a whole.

So, we're searching for a new heart - a creative, self driven, can-do, people loving heart, for our headquarters in Herzliya (270 employees).

Plarium, besides being a-one-of-a-kind gaming company in Israel, making real games (no gambling/ social casino etc.) and in an international scale (Over 440 million players)- is successful, mostly due to our people-centric culture.   • Plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events end to end (including celebrations, wellness activities, company's parties, holidays, divisional team fun days, happy hour, lectures, toasts and other fun events according to a yearly plan)

  • Vendor management- timelines, branding, logistics, etc

  • Increase employee's engagement and sense of belongingness

  • Collaborate with other HR professionals, and other department leaders in the company.

  • Handle operational tasks for HR activities such as onboarding, new employees’ orientation, employee gifts, etc.

  • Manage the well - being budget

Who are you?

  • 2-5 years experience in employee experience/ welfare in a hi-tech company 

  • Significant and proven experience in planning, managing, and executing small and large scale events.

  • Experience in managing budgets

  • Multitasker- working on a few projects at a time with multiple internal and external partners

  • Team player and service oriented person.

  • Can - do attitude, open minded, strong organizational skills, self starter, friendly, approachable.

  • Operations and project management skills

  • Have the motivation to make others happy

  • Out of the box thinker

  • Relevant academic degree

Test task

Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.

Professional Interview

This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.

Meeting with HR

After the professional/team lead interview, you will meet with our HR specialist. They will give you more information about your development prospects in the company and provide details regarding our employee benefits program.

Meeting with the VP / CEO

In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.

Ready to start

Once the above stages are complete, we will invite you to our studio to make a formal job offer. If you live in another city or country, you can use our relocation program to help you hit the ground running.
