RAID Supreme Club Terms of Service

Welcome to the Terms of Service (the "RAID Supreme Club Terms") for Plarium RAID Supreme Club Game (the "Club"). These Club Terms are in addition to, and not in lieu of, your rights and obligations under the Plarium Terms of Use (“Plarium Terms of Use”). Capitalized terms not defined in the RAID Supreme Club Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Plarium Terms of Use. To the extent there is a conflict between these RAID Supreme Club Terms and the Plarium Terms of Use, these RAID Supreme Club Terms will govern such conflict.

The Supreme Club is operated by Plarium and these RAID Supreme Club Terms govern your participation in the Club. Highlights of the Club include:

  • Supreme Club Hub - an in-game space that includes and shows players their RAID Supreme Club player benefits.

  • Merch production - situational real gifts given on different occasions;

  • Supreme Club Discord chat - separate chat in Discord for RAID Supreme Club players', CMs and moderators' communication;

  • Biweekly events in Discord - game-related contests between RAID Supreme Club players;

  • Monthly digest - a digest with unique content available for RAID Supreme Club players only.

  • Unique avatars - in-game avatars that are provided for RAID Supreme Club players only.

  • Account anniversary & birthday gifts - special gifts on the game account anniversary and Supreme Club players’ birthday. 

  • Support chat - additional communication channels for the RAID Supreme Club players to reach the Support Team and chat in real-time: 1) in-game chat; 2) Preferable social network messenger (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

  • RAID Supreme Club Surveys - occasional surveys sent to RAID Supreme Club players to know their opinions on the game aspects. 


No ongoing commitment required, cancel online at any time.

Please read these RAID Supreme Club Terms carefully. By participating in the RAID Supreme Club, you agree to these RAID Supreme Club Terms and the Plarium Terms of Use. 1. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY 

Entry into the RAID Supreme Club  is contingent upon several factors, including, but not limited to: 

  • players' lifetime and last two (2) months contribution; 

  • players were active for the last 30 days.

The RAID Supreme Club is currently available for the players residing in the following countries:

  • United States;

  • United Kingdom;

  • Canada;

  • Sweden;

  • Netherlands;

  • Australia;

  • Denmark;

  • South Africa;

  • Norway.

The Support Team provides service only in English due to capacity limitations.

The first batch will consist of 2,000 RAID Supreme Club players.

In any case, participation in the RAID Supreme Club is at Plarium’s sole discretion. Plarium reserves the right to select participants based on the criteria while considering Club capacity limitations.

The RAID Supreme Club is run for the duration determined by Plarium. Plarium reserves the right to change the RAID Supreme Club rules, membership eligibility, and membership benefits after the launch or close the RAID Supreme Club at its sole discretion.

 

New RAID Supreme Club players will be added to the Club at the sole discretion of Plarium. The number of new players added depends on many factors, mainly on the RAID Supreme Club Support Team’s capacity. Players who were removed from the Club can be re-added, but not sooner than 1 month after being removed from the Club, considering the Support Team's capacity.

2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

While you are an active RAID Supreme Club member, you are entitled to receive the following membership benefits (collectively, the "Membership Benefits"): 

  • Supreme Club Hub - an in-game space that includes RAID Supreme Club player benefits and introduces them to the RAID Supreme Club player. RAID Supreme Club Hub includes all the listed benefits except the Promo Codes, and Account anniversary & birthday gifts.  

  • Merch production - situational real gifts on special occasions that may contain but are not limited to t-shirts, hero statuettes, brand books, and stickers.

  • Supreme Club Discord chat - separate chat in Discord for RAID Supreme Club players' communication. RAID Supreme Club players can join the Discord chat via communication with the Community Managers or via the in-game RAID Supreme Club Hub.

  • Biweekly events in Discord - game-related contests between RAID Supreme Club players.

  • Monthly digest - a digest with unique content available for RAID Supreme Club players only. May contain but is not limited to Q&A with Game Designers, game art sneak peeks, and interesting facts about Champions.

  • Unique avatars - in-game avatars that are provided for RAID Supreme Club players only.

  • Account anniversary & birthday gifts - Account anniversary & birthday gifts - special gifts containing in-game resources and cosmetics on the game account anniversary and players’ birthday. The gifts can only be provided on the specified occasions.

  • Support chat - additional communication channels for the RAID Supreme Club players to reach the Support Team and chat in real-time:  1) in-game chat; 2) Preferable social network messenger (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp. May be available in further versions of the Supreme Club). Communication with the Support Team implies faster response times, proactive communication, and a personalized approach.

  • Promo codes - promo codes situationally provided by the Support Team. The promo codes are provided by the Support Team individually and at their discretion.

  • RAID Supreme Club Surveys - occasional surveys sent to RAID Supreme Club players to know their opinions on the game aspects. May include but not be limited to surveys about certain gameplay features, hero rebalance, and hero names.

and other special rewards, and gifts based on your status as a Supreme Club member.  

3. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP 

You may initiate cancellation of your Club membership online at any time by contacting the Support Team via this link. However, if you do so, it can take Plarium up to twenty-four (24) hours to process your request. 

If your Club membership is canceled by you, your Membership Benefits will terminate at the end of your then-current Club membership Period. Plarium may permit you to reactivate your Club membership prior to when your next Membership Period would have started. 

We may also terminate your Club membership at our discretion without notice, including, without limitation, if you violate any provision contained in these RAID Supreme Club Terms. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these RAID Supreme Club Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights. If we terminate your Club membership, your Membership Benefits will terminate immediately.

If you wish to decline the invitation to the Club, you can decline the Terms of Use in the Club invitation in the game. In case you wish to be re-added to the Club, you can contact the Support Team via this link. Plarium reserves its right to re-add the players to the RAID Supreme Club based on the Support Team’s capacity. Each case is specific and will be reviewed on an individual basis by the Support Team.

4. MODIFICATION OF RAID SUPREME CLUB TERMS OR CLUB

From time to time, Plarium may choose to modify the Club or these RAID Supreme Club Terms, including, without limitation, the content or nature of the Club or the information contained in these RAID Supreme Club Terms, upon notice to you. In the event Plarium elects to do so, you may cancel your membership. 

5. PARTICIPATION AND USE RESTRICTIONS

Your participation in the Club is subject to the following restrictions: (a) you may not permit other individuals or entities to access or participate in the Club using your account information, including, without limitation, your username and password, (b) you may not license or otherwise transfer your Club membership to any third party, and (c) you may not remove or modify any proprietary notices contained in or relating to, or copy, modify, translate, distribute or create derivative works of, any of the games featured in the Club. Your participation in the Club is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use or participate in the Club for any commercial purpose. You may not attempt through any means to circumvent technological measures employed to control access to or the rights contained in any Club content file.

By participating in the RAID Supreme Club, you agree NOT to (or solicit another user to) perform the following actions in relation to the Support Team or other players:

  • post, request, or link to sexually explicit, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, racially, ethnically, or religiously insulting, discriminative, threatening, or hateful on the basis of gender or political views, inciteful, deceptive, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate or offensive material or conduct;

  • discuss, promote, or depict any form of child sexuality, abuse, exploitation, or related topics that may be harmful to or threaten the security of a child or minor;

  • collect or harvest any information about other users;

  • sell, buy, trade, or exploit for any commercial purposes (or attempt any of these actions), any part of the Services, including, but not limited to, Accounts, Virtual Currency, and Virtual Goods, other than in a manner stipulated in the Games;

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and will notify Plarium immediately of any unauthorized account use. Plarium is in no way responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your password and account information.

In addition to any other rights and remedies available to Plarium and its content suppliers, Plarium may immediately terminate your Club membership if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions contained in this Section.

6. SENSITIVE CONTENT AND USER CONDUCT

We strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all players. You agree to treat other players with respect and avoid any behavior that could be considered harassing, discriminatory, threatening, bullying, or otherwise offensive. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hate speech or slurs based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Doxxing (revealing private information about another player).

  • Threats of violence or harm.

  • Sexually suggestive content or behavior.

  • Cheating or exploiting bugs in the game to gain an unfair advantage.

We encourage you to report any violations of this clause to us immediately. You can do so through in-game reporting tools or by contacting our customer support team. We will take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the game.

By using our services, you agree to comply with Plarium determinations and actions regarding sensitive cases, as outlined in this clause.
