We may collect all or some of the following categories of personal information directly from you, depending on your interaction with us.
Identifiers: Name, surname, email address, game identifiers, and phone number.
Demographic Data: City of residence, place of birth, and languages spoken.

Behavioral Data: Gaming habits and preferences as described in your survey responses.
Age Category: We may ask you to indicate age-brackets for research purposes only. This data is anonymized and retained in aggregated form only.
If you are selected for further participation, we collect additional data including:
Audio and Video Recordings: Of you playing games and responding to interview questions.
Interview Content: Your verbal and written responses to the Research.
AI Interview Processing:
Where applicable, part or all of the interview may be conducted through an AI-powered chatbot. In such cases, the questions will be presented, and your responses will be analyzed and transcribed by the AI system in real time. These tools do not perform biometric identification (e.g., speaker recognition) and your recordings will not be used to train unrelated models.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:
To document your participation in the Research using the answers and statements you provide.
To contact you in case you are selected for further Research participation.
To document and analyze your participation in the Research using your answers, interview content, and recorded audio/video.
To internally extract and analyze video and audio materials to generate research insights, understand user behavior, and support product development.
To evaluate your responses (verbal and written) and determine your eligibility for participation in further Research.
To share the results of such evaluations with relevant internal teams and collaborators.
If your participation includes an AI-conducted interview, your audio input and transcriptions will be processed by the AI system solely for conducting the Research, analyzing responses, and supporting the selection or review of participants. We may use de-identified interactions with the AI bot to improve our services and for future research purposes. Recordings may be reviewed by authorized researchers for quality control and internal analysis.

For age category responses: identifiable information is deleted immediately post collection, only anonymized aggregated data is retained.
