Giveaway Description: The following Giveaway Official Rules (“Rules”) apply to the "Raid: Shadow Legend
“1 MONTH GIFT” Giveaway ("Giveaway"). By participating in the Giveaway, each Participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by Plarium’s Terms of Use available at: https://plarium.com/en/legal/terms-of-use/ and these Rules (“Terms”) and the decisions of the Giveaway sponsor, Plarium Global Ltd., located at 2 Abba Eban Blvd., 4672520, Herzliya Pituach and its affiliates (collectively, “Plarium”), which shall be final and binding in all respects (without prejudice to the Entrant’s legal rights and remedies available to them under applicable law).
Giveaway Type: a Giveaway of In-Game Items (“In Game Items”, or the “Gift”) to all Eligible Participants which during the Giveaway Period submitted the Promo Code they received via email from Plarium (“Promo Code”). All, in accordance with these Rules.
Entrant Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of (1) the United States and the District of Columbia, and (2) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (“Entrant”) who meet the Entry Requirements specified in these Rules and section 5 below (“Eligible Entrant”). Participation constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and the Terms. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter (“Eligibility Requirements”): To participate in the Giveaway and be an Eligible Entrant, an Entrant should:
Have an active Raid: Shadow Legends game account (“Game Account”) and an active Raid player Id (“Raid Player Id”).

Re-downloading, reactivating, or playing the Game is free, but subject to the Terms of Use of Plarium. Entrants can re-download the Game with a direct link to the relevant app store by clicking:

Or by downloading the Game directly from the designated app store (Google Play™ for Android, or App Store® for iOS); or with PlariumPlay (Plarium.com/en/plarium-play) (all together will be referred hereunder as “Store”). By downloading the Game to a Device from a Store, the Entrant will be subject and may be required to accept the Store’s Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use or any applicable Store’s Privacy Policy. Promo Code Rules and Limitations: The following limitations apply to the Promo Code and the use of the Promo Code
For a limited time, specific users who received an email from Plarium with a Promo Code can only redeem it once in their Game Account.
The in-game items may have limitations, including but not limited to level requirements, availability, and duration of use.
All Prizes are identical and allocated directly to the account of Eligible Entrants that meet the Eligibility Requirements in Section 5 above. No skill is required either to enter the Giveaway or to win or enhance the chances of winning a Prize, and so skill level will not impact the Eligible Entrants’ chances of being awarded a Prize.
The Promo Code cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other virtual or physical currency. The promo code cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
The Promo Code is void where prohibited by law.
The Prizes are: 300K Silver, two Rare Skill Tomes, three Rank 3 Chickens, and an Energy Refill.
Total Prizes will be allocated evenly to each Entrant (as much as technically and reasonably possible) during the days of the Giveaway Period (“Activity Days”). Remaining Prizes at the end of the Giveaway Period that were not awarded to Eligible Entrants until the End Date would not be awarded.
All Prizes will be provided in a digital form to the Eligible Entrant’s account.
Redemption of the Gifts.
Enter the “Redeem RAID: Shadow Legends Promo Codes” Page available at: https://plarium.com/en/redeem/raid-shadow-legends/ and insert a valid Raid Player ID and the Promo Code received by email from Plarium.

By entering the Giveaway with a Player Id in accordance with this section, the Entrant confirms reading and accepting these Rules and the Terms and that they meet the Eligibility requirements as set out in section 5 above.
Only Eligible Participants who have completed the Submission Requirements in accordance with these Rules, shall be entitled to receive the Prizes. No new Participants will be considered after the Giveaway Period.
Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Rules will be awarded. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except Plarium reserves the right to substitute comparable prize(s) of equal or higher value if any Prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if an Eligible Entrant fully complies with these Rules and Eligibility Requirements. The Eligible Entrants are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use should they apply.
Plarium makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize awarded in connection with the Giveaway. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND PLARIUM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT
Plarium reserves the right to disqualify any individual participating in the Giveaway in the event he was found to be tampering with the Submission process or the operation of the Giveaway, to be acting in violation of these Rules, or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Plarium reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
General Conditions:
Intellectual Property. By participating the Giveaway, every Entrant hereby agrees to Plarium’s general terms regarding intellectual property as specified in the Terms of Use, including and without derogating Plarium’s intellectual property rights in the Services, underlying technology, designs, marks, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed and/or all information and content available on or through the Service and in the course of this Giveaway, including any Intellectual Property rights incorporated in the Prize and the designs thereto (“Marks”). You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third parties which may own the Marks. All Intellectual Property included in the Prize and the Giveaway (including but not limited to printed characters, graphics, storylines) are owned by Plarium. You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest and that all rights in the Services and any derivatives are owned by Plarium. You may not otherwise use, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, adapt, distribute, transfer, sell, buy, or exploit our Intellectual Property or any of its features in whole or in part without our prior written authorization.
Plarium reserves the right to suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Giveaway is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Plarium’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Giveaway as contemplated herein.
In the event Plarium is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Giveaway as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Plarium’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Plarium shall have the right to suspend, or terminate the Giveaway (to the extent not prohibited by applicable laws). Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Giveaway Rules will be awarded.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
Data rates may apply if an Entrant downloads and plays Raid on their mobile device. Not all mobile telephone/wireless providers carry the service necessary to participate in the Giveaway. Entrants should consult their wireless provider's pricing plans. Mobile entry is not required to enter or win a Prize in the Giveaway.
Giveaway Conditions. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and the decisions of Plarium and waive any right to claim ambiguity in any Giveaway or these Rules.
Limitation of Liability.
By entering the Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Plarium and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not (save that liability for death or injury caused by negligence is not hereby excluded), from (i) such Entrant's participation in the Giveaway, and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (vi) failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster accident, or act of government, or any other cause beyond Plarium's sole control. (vii) prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Plarium and its subsidiaries are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for failure of delivery of the Prize resulted by a third-party service provider and the currier; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.
Applicable Laws. The Rules and any disputes or differences arising in connection to them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Israel. Entrants agree to the binding Arbitration Agreement. In any circumstances where the foregoing Arbitration Agreement permits the parties to litigate in court, the parties hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, for such purpose and you hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted a Submission cannot be resolved to Plarium’s satisfaction, the affected Submission will be deemed ineligible.
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By entering the Giveaway and downloading the Game, each Entrant acknowledges that they have access to Plarium's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and that any of the Entrant’s information made available to Plarium in connection with the Giveaway and for the execution and performance of the Giveaway will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These Rules shall supersede any contradictory terms contained in the Terms of Use.
