User Acquisition Specialist

The role covers different media buying methods: PPC, Ad Networks, Direct Publishers, Native Advertising for Plarium’s PC games. You will manage high budgets with an emphasis on performance marketing. All the following should make sense to you: KPI, ROI, CPI, LTV, ARPU, FTD, CVR, SEM, CPE.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new marketing partners, research new channels and creatively develop new marketing opportunities, while supporting/scaling existing partners
  • Optimize and Define native advertising PPC strategy on various native advertising platforms, including reporting and billing.
  • Acquire high-quality users for various games, specifically for web
  • Take part in the creative process (Lp's, Banners, videos) as well as the product itself.
  • Analyze key performance indicators for continuous optimization of paid acquisition and retargeting efforts across all platforms to achieve volume, quality, and ROAS goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of acquiring users as a media buyer/ PPC Manager/growth hacker on high scales - a must
  • Fluent English - written and spoken - a must
  • Proven, measurable results in developing and growing an internal affiliate portfolio.
  • Advanced knowledge of performance metrics, i.e. CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, CPM and other KPIs, including tracking and attribution
  • Profound knowledge of Excel and MS-Office Products.
