Unity Team Lead

Plarium Israel game studio is one of the biggest game development studios in Israel. The studio creates games from scratch, working on all aspects of game development including but not limited to game design, art, sound, game programming, and software infrastructure.

Job responsibilities:

  • Personal and technical management of a team of programmers.
  • Maintenance and production of existing games.
  • Interaction with other departments: game design, art, and server developer.

Hard skills:

  • 2+ years of proven management experience working in Scrum or Kanban environment.
  • At least 4 years of Unity experience (At least 2 games published).
  • At least 2 years experience with c# and .net on non-unity projects.
  • Deep understanding of graphics pipeline on mobile devices.
  • Knowledge and understanding of game optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work with non-development departments.

Personal Requirements:

  • Excellent intercommunication skills.

After the professional/team lead interview, you will meet with our HR specialist. They will give you more information about your development prospects in the company and provide details regarding our employee benefits program.
Meeting with the VP / CEO
In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
