Plarium Kharkiv is looking for talented Unity Developers to join our RPG Department, which develops RAID: Shadow Legends. RAID is a collection MMORPG enjoyed by more than 76 million players worldwide. The game was nominated for Google Play’s “Best of 2019” Users’ Choice Award and featured in numerous countries by Google and Apple. The game is available on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

  • Developing the game’s UI
  • Creating new in-game meta features
  • Integrating external libraries and carrying out platform-specific tasks
  • Improving the game’s code base and documentation
  • Creating tools for developers, technical artists, and testers
  • Optimizing the game for mobile platforms
  • Improving automation tools for launcher development and testing
  • Optimizing the game’s performance

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in game development
  • Excellent knowledge of Unity, including UnityUI, AssetBundles, and UnityEditor
  • Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, data structures, LINQ, and GC
  • Understanding of algorithms, object-oriented programming, and object-oriented analysis and design
  • Experience working with Git
  • Ability to optimize the performance using tools like Xcode, as well as Unity’s Memory Profiler and Profile Analyzer
  • English language skills at the pre-intermediate level or higher


  • Basic knowledge of the architecture of mobile operating systems
  • Experience in the development of multithreaded applications
  • Experience developing iOS and Android applications
  • Experience creating native plugins using Java, Objective-C, and Swift
  • Experience writing tests using NUnit, NSubstitute, SpecFlow, and Unity Test Runner
  • Ability to automate application development processes using Cake or other tools
  • Experience creating online games or applications using HTTP, UDP, TCP, or other rare protocols
  • Experience developing tools for UnityEditor using Odin or other frameworks
  • Knowledge and experience developing games using ECS architecture (Entitas)
