We are looking for a talented Business Trip Manager to join our Operation Support Department, which is responsible for organizing business, corporate, and tourist trips for our employees. The successful candidate will plan travel budgets and coordinate with colleagues in different studios to organize trips.
Our Business Trip Managers are expected to be responsible, passionate specialists who can multitask, work independently, and find solutions to unforeseen problems. During the onboarding period, new Business Trip Managers will have a mentor.
Undertaking business correspondence responsibilities, organizing visa and insurance processes, buying tickets, booking hotels, coordinating transfers, and making travel plans
Searching for and communicating with travel companies, making agreements with hotels and contractors
Maintaining accounts documentation and financial reports on employee business and tourist trips
Calculating travel budgets
Experience maintaining financial reports
Experience organizing multiple business trips simultaneously
Ability to multitask
Experience establishing and building long-term relationships with travel-related businesses and partners
Ability to analyze, structure, and present information clearly
English language skills at the intermediate level or higher
Fluency in Ukrainian
Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (documentation needed for domestic and foreign business trips)
Knowledge of conditions to be met for obtaining visas
Experience purchasing tickets for groups, accompanying them on their travels, and organizing trips to destinations around the world
Knowledge of the Polish language
