Training & Development Manager

Plarium is a multinational software development company specializing in mobile and browser games. We have studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by 250 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Kharkiv puts great emphasis on employee development and has created the Training & Development team, which is responsible for the professional growth of our 600+ specialists. We are looking for talented Training & Development Managers to quickly set up educational programs and ensure that they are highly effective once implemented.

  • Tracking requests for employee education and development
  • Helping to plan educational program budgets
  • Organizing the education process
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback
  • Creating reports on implementation of educational projects
  • Negotiating with partners to implement new programs


  • At least one year of experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development
  • Strong time management and self-organization skills
  • Ability to communicate diplomatically
  • English language skills at the intermediate level or higher


  • Experience giving presentations
  • Keen interest in gaming

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work.
Waiting for feedback
After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.

When the above stages are complete, we will invite you to our studio to make a formal job offer. If you live in another city or country, you can use our relocation program to help you hit the ground running.
