Our HR department is a combination of highly skilled recruiters and HR individuals, who aim to meet and exceed the employee and business needs. We strive to bring the top talent to our company and assist them to grow to new heights both professionally and personally. We are looking for a hungry and focused Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to come and join our already winning team!

The most important position in the most challenging times for the profession- or as we call it- FUN.


  • Act as a partner to department heads by developing strategies to recruit talent in highly competitive markets

  • Managing E2E Recruitment Cycle for various teams including Analysts, R&D, QA, and other technical positions

  • Defining and characterizing job profiles together with the recruitment team and hiring managers in the organization.

  • Out-of-the-box sourcing- using the social networks, Linkedin Recruiter, groups, forums, conventions and any other way.

  • Building an engaging process with passive and active candidates, writing reviews, and advancing the process with the hiring managers.

  • Building and maintaining effective and long-lasting relationships with key candidates, hiring managers and senior management, Placing Agencies and Head Hunters.

What we expect:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a recruiter (placement agencies included) in the tech field

  • Experience with profiling top notch candidates

  • Ability to recruit and manage multiple positions at once and maintain a great candidate experience

  • Motivation, resourcefulness, creativity and passion for people

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently

  • Thoroughness, go-getter and readiness for hard work

  • High level of English

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Professional Interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the professional/team lead interview, you will meet with our HR specialist. They will give you more information about your development prospects in the company and provide details regarding our employee benefits program.
Meeting with the VP / CEO
In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
Ready to start
Once the above stages are complete, we will invite you to our studio to make a formal job offer. If you live in another city or country, you can use our relocation program to help you hit the ground running.
First day at work
