The Business Performance department at Plarium is in charge of all the analytical aspects of our game operations and strategic planning: From game design to user acquisition, player behavior, live-ops, and game optimization (such as monetization, retention, etc). The department builds, operates, and optimizes the processes across the entire company through the top of the art analytical capabilities & product understanding.

We are looking for a BI System Analyst to manage our dashboards and reporting system working flow, from defining and analyzing visualization requirements, designing and providing solutions. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Carrying out design, modification and implementation of new reports and features into the company's data visualization system: write detailed designs, instruct the developers and perform UAT
  • Leverage data to understand company activity in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive better understanding and clarity of product trends and performance
  • Translate business requirements to detailed designs  - work closely with the business owners, product and management to understand and prioritize needs and requirements
  • Work with other teams to investigate complex issues, identify and implement solutions to it
  • Train and support users, provide technical and business support
  • Improve data quality and validation; identify the root cause of data issues and provide resolution ensuring accuracy and trust in everything we build

Job requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a BI / System Analyst or Product Manager
  • Proven experience in working with BI visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Looker etc.), including designing performance dashboards and other analytical visualizations - MUST
  • Strong SQL with experience in querying large and complex data sets - MUST
  • Experience, passion and interest in Business Intelligence, analytics, dashboards and reports
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong technical orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • High level of verbal and written English
