Plarium Ukraine is looking for a talented System Administrator to join our Video Production Department, which is responsible for animation and visual effects. The teams within the department work across all stages of advertising production, from idea development and storyboarding to final compositing and campaign launch. The department plays a key role in the studio’s celebrity collaborations, the most recent of which featured Jeff Goldblum, and Ninja.

In this position, you will work with the post-production team and VFX Pipeline Engineer to maintain high-performance workstations and network infrastructure for the CG team. You will also participate in the creation of custom software solutions.
The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office.
Maintaining workstations for the CG team
Managing the license server
Interacting with software developers in the field of computer graphics
Maintaining server and network infrastructure
Carrying out version control and updating software on remote PCs
Monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of a render farm and associated workstations
Monitoring server infrastructures and identifying issues
At least 2 years of work experience as a System Administrator
Experience in network infrastructure administration
Experience administering license servers
Knowledge of building and maintaining custom PCs
Ability to archive projects and administer storage and file system backups
English language skills at the intermediate level or higher
Ability to maintain server infrastructure including render farms and network storage
Understanding of the CG pipeline
Experience working with Linux
