System Administrator

Plarium Odesa is looking for talented System Administrators to join our Internal IT Department, which provides technical maintenance for office equipment, administers workstations as well as network and server infrastructure, and ensures information security.

The successful candidate will be a part of the user support team, which is responsible for technical support and software asset management. The team also sets up workstations, upgrades them, and manages the corporate domain and employees’ accounts.

  • Configuring and installing hardware and software (Windows) on user workstations 
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Installing, setting up, and maintaining office equipment
  • Configuring mobile devices (Android, iOS)
  • Testing new software and hardware
  • Maintaining audio and video equipment (projectors, smart TVs, media players)
  • Maintaining network and server infrastructure of the studio: routers, network switches, Wi-Fi, servers based on Windows Server and Linux


  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory
  • Understanding of PC architecture
  • Experience in building and modifying PCs for different specializations
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies and domain networks (AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, TCP/IP, Group Policies)
  • Experience working with server equipment
  • Experience maintaining and setting up office equipment


  • Experience installing and configuring 2D and 3D graphics editors
  • Basic knowledge of software licensing
  • Experience working with Linux and MacOS
  • Experience negotiating with software manufacturers
  • Experience keeping equipment storage records
