About the department
Our Finance department is looking for its next team mate to come and join. We are looking for a Controller and International Tax professional, with global and Hi-tech experience!
Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting:
Timely preparation and review of reporting packages
Consolidation of financial information
Consolidated audit coordination with external and internal auditors
Financial analysis of the reports
Preparation of financial statements of individual subsidiaries and audit of Solo reports
Compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws and regulations
2. Internal Controls:
Designing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls
Coordination with external and internal auditors
3. Financial systems:
Designing, implementing, and monitoring new financial systems and tools
Monitoring and maintenance of the existing systems
4. Tax:
Tax Compliance- preparation and filing of the tax returns.
Tax planning - developing and implementing tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.
Identify opportunities for tax savings and work with other departments to incorporate tax considerations into business decisions.
Work with external tax consultants and legal department.
What we expect
Big4 alumni
CPA with at least 3-5 years of experience in global hi-tech companies
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to details with superb organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid proficiency in Excel and finance software (SAPB1 advantage)
Thorough knowledge of general accounting principles (IFRS and US GAAP).
Excellent knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations -Local and global
Advanced level of English, Russian language is advantage.
