Social Media Manager

We are looking for a social media professional and creative content writer to lead and execute our social media strategy and enrich our channels with new and exciting content.

We are seeking someone to lead our internal communications and overall employer branding, to strengthen our employee engagement. You will be part of our PR & Marcom team and report to our VP of Corporate Affairs and Marcom.

What will you do?

  • Create an annual rich & diversified pipeline for all social media channels and monitor social media engagement
  • Deliver quality writing pieces to appeal to our audience and attract top talents, and boost brand awareness
  • Develop our global communications strategy, based on Plarium’s business and employer brand strategies to increase collaboration and employee engagement
  • Support key senior executives and various stakeholders with communicating organizational changes, announcements, initiatives, processes, and events
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all mediums and align with relevant stakeholders
  • Keep communications fresh, creative and engaging, to drive business objectives, culture, employer brand awareness, and employee engagement
  • Ensure continuous improvement by measuring communications impact and effectiveness
  • Employ industry best practices for employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the day to day planning and execution of global talent brand efforts to support hiring initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience in employer branding and social media
  • Experience in the gaming industry - a must
  • Native English speaker level - a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & storytelling skills – a must
  • Validated experience leading multiple projects to successful completion, agility, innovation, and ability to adapt to change
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications or a related discipline is an advantage
