SEO Team Lead

The Marketing Department is the fastest-growing department at Plarium, and its focus is not merely to expose as many people as possible to our games, but rather to bring our games to true gamers through rigorous analytics! Marketing is all about combining deep, insightful performance analysis with amazing, impactful creative.

Our goal is to optimize our campaigns with the most effective combination of graphics, text and reach to make sure that our games reach those unique individuals who would enjoy them the most.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the SEO team
  • Own all of SEO assets and projects
  • Manage keyword research and on-site content optimization
  • Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity and execute multi-variations and A/B tests
  • Define conversion roadmap based on trends and potential growth segments
  • Devise strategies to maximize the reach and visibility of content and relevance to local markets
  • Take responsibility for a daily and weekly tracking of all non paid channels while ensuring that the team is meeting company’s goals
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends and changes with SEO and major search engines
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to develop and maintain improved technical aspects of the company’s sites and assets
  • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms


  • 5+ years of experience as an SEO manager.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • High level of control over Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Proven record of all SEO core elements, including, but not limited to: On-page and Off-page tactics, Optimization of site navigation, Internal linking structure, URL structure, Title, Meta Descriptions, Headers, Dynamic and static page templates, XML sitemaps, Canonical Tags, etc.
  • Deep understanding of industry tools and sources: Webmaster Tools, AdWords, Mox, Screaming Frog, CrazyEgg, Ahrefs, AWR and more.
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
  • Technical background and knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, FLASH, AJAX, and CSS as they relate to SEO.
  • Experience in content marketing including creative content ideas based on research, and in link building including prospecting.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.

In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
