2021 is set to be our most exciting year yet - we have a variety of new games & projects in the pipeline - as such, the mobile UA team is expanding, and is now in search of an experienced marketer to support in leading strategic growth on the mobile UA team. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of different UA channels, ownership over specific activities
  • Work closely with management on development of UA road-map
  • Guide team mates on growth and innovation of various activities
  • Analyze KPIs for ongoing optimization of paid acquisition to achieve volume, quality and ROI
  • Data-centric role, where analytics form the foundation for strategy, optimization, goal setting
  • Sharing feedback with design teams to drive strategy into the creative development of ads, brainstorming for new creative concepts etc.
  • Develop new insights and process improvements for UA, analysis, and internal work-flows
  • Utilize your existing network of industry peers to understand important market trends
  • Collaborate with ad-mon, product, analyst, research & creative teams regularly on exciting, industry-first projects

Requirements:

  • 4+ years mobile performance marketing experience  - must
  • Extensive experience driving growth to mobile games through paid UA channels
  • Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, Ad networks, exchanges, preload, CPE including tracking tools, attribution, technical integrations
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment - must
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas, Data manipulation) able to summarize large data sets into clear visuals
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written  - must
  • Exceptional Business Development skills, high emotional intelligence in order to develop close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners
  • Ability to navigate efficiently across all 4 axes of a large organization
  • Innovative – someone who thinks outside the box, always interested in the latest trends, building their own opportunities forward
  • Gamer mentality - someone who appreciates the story, mechanics and progression of various kinds of games
