We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our new and growing Product & Strategy department, which is a centralized unit that oversees the success of the entire Plarium games portfolio.
As a Project Manager in the Product department of Plarium, you’ll be responsible for leading complex projects that are crucial for our business success. You’ll lead the department’s work processes along with multiple stakeholders across all our global studios and ensure that all objectives are aligned with our business goals. The Project Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including C-level management and studio GMs.
Planning and executing projects: developing project plans and schedules, and ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget when relevant, and to the required quality standards.
Communicating with stakeholders: keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and issues, and managing expectations as needed.
Coordinating with other departments: coordinate with other departments, including game studios, marketing, research, business analytics, and more, to ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.
Ensuring smart decision-making: ensure that testing is planned and carried out effectively.
Managing project risks: identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project success, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Developing and maintaining project documentation: develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and other relevant documents.
3-5 years of related project management experience in gaming or online company- A must
Proven experience in leading global projects
High-level written and verbal English
Proven hands-on experience in project management methodologies (for example Gantt, Critical Path, Scrum)
Proven hands-on experience in project management tools (for example JIRA, Asana, Monday)
Familiarity with the gaming ecosystem - an advantage
