Plarium Kharkiv is looking for talented Remote Community Managers to join our Community Management Department, which provides support to our worldwide community of players. It manages the company’s official social network communities, generates multimedia content for them, and processes users’ feedback on Google Play and the App Store.
This is a part-time position requiring 4 hours of work per day, Monday-Friday.

Replying to players’ comments on Google Play, the App Store, and on social networks
Analyzing player feedback and passing it on to development teams
Forwarding player-submitted bug reports to developers
English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher
Strong written communication skills in both English and Russian
MMORTS and MMORPG gaming experience
At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience playing RAID: Shadow Legends
Officially registered employment
