Plarium Kharkiv is looking for a gifted Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Department, which is responsible for finding specialists across various fields of expertise to fill positions at our studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding qualified IT specialists
  • Being involved in the full recruitment cycle, from initiating contact to presenting a job offer
  • Interacting with department heads and technical experts to determine requirements and responsibilities to include in company vacancies
  • Preparing internal documents and interacting with candidates through email
  • Creating reports

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience recruiting IT specialists
  • Familiarity with headhunting resources 
  • Knowledge of the Boolean search method
  • Experience conducting interviews
  • Basic knowledge of IT terms and technologies
  • Drive for results

Desired:

  • Experience recruiting artists with different specializations
  • English language skills at the intermediate level or higher
  • Higher education degree in psychology
