About the department:

Plarium is a multinational software development company specializing in mobile and desktop games. We have studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by more than 400 million users across 150 countries.

Our diverse library includes over 20 games localized into 18 languages, ranging from hardcore RPGs to casual blast games. Among our most acclaimed titles are RAID: Shadow Legends, Vikings: War of Clans, Lost Island: Blast Adventure, and the Stormfall franchise.

Plarium Kharkiv is looking for a gifted Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Department, which is responsible for finding specialists across various fields of expertise to fill positions at our Kharkiv, Lviv and Odesa studios.

Ability to work at Kharkiv office or remotely (only in Ukraine).


  • Finding qualified people for IT, Art, and other departments

  • Being involved in the full recruitment cycle, from initiating contact to presenting a job offer

  • Interacting with department heads and technical experts to determine requirements and responsibilities to include in company vacancies

  • Preparing internal documents and interacting with candidates through email

  • Creating reports

What we expect:

  • At least 1 year of experience recruiting IT specialists

  • Familiarity with headhunting resources

  • Knowledge of the Boolean search method

  • Experience conducting interviews

  • An understanding of basic IT terms

  • Drive for results


  • Experience recruiting artists with different specializations

  • English language skills at the intermediate level or higher

  • Higher education degree in Psychology

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work.
Waiting for feedback
After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
Ready to start
When the above stages are complete, we will invite you to our studio to make a formal job offer. If you live in another city or country, you can use our relocation program to help you hit the ground running.
