Job Description:

  • Managing the recruitment process for various teams including development, QA, marketing and others - from opening the position to managing the process with the recruitment managers.
  • Managing and leading the sourcing process for technological jobs, together with managers and recruitment functions in the organization.
  • Defining and characterizing job profiles together with the recruitment team and the professional managers in the organization.
  • Finding candidates using the recruitment system and social networks, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub.
  • Advertising jobs through various channels.
  • Building an engaging process with passive and active candidates, writing reviews and advancing the process opposite recruiting managers.
  • Working with placement companies / partners.
  • Taking part in the employee's onboarding process and their overall experience during the first day.
  • Retaining candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree – Required
  • At least 3 years’ experience in job recruitment (placement companies included) - required
  • Previous experience in quality recruitment in the tech field and technological understanding - required
  • Experience from ad-tech companies - advantage
  • Motivation, resourcefulness, creativity
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Thoroughness, go-getter and readiness for hard work

Professional Interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the professional/team lead interview, you will meet with our HR specialist. They will give you more information about your development prospects in the company and provide details regarding our employee benefits program.
Meeting with the VP / CEO
In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
