Plarium Ukraine is looking for a talented Quality Analyst to join our Customer Support Department, which interacts with player communities and communicates feedback to developers with an aim toward improving game functionality and user experience.
The successful applicant will join a team of analysts, translators and training specialists who contribute to the development of our flagship titles, RAID: Shadow Legends and Mech Arena, Stormfall: Age of War and Soldiers Inc. The Quality Analyst will deliver the highest standards of service as they suggest system improvements and monitor their impact.
The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office and remotely in Ukraine or Poland.
Analyzing player impressions and user experience
Determining the expectations and preferences of players
Contributing to periodic updates to service standards and quality assurance procedures
Developing recommendations for strategies and approaches undertaken by the support team
Analyzing and evaluating the performance of support agents under their supervision, identifying areas for development, and providing feedback
Analyzing the training needs of the team and determining when the training process should be initiated
English language skills at the Advanced level or higher
High-level Ukrainian language skills (written)
1+ year experience as a Quality Analyst
Written communication skills appropriate for dealing with clients
Ability to communicate effectively and provide constructive feedback
Ability to collect and analyze data, and visualize information
Understanding of, and experience with, basic Service Design tools
Knowledge of games in the RTS, RPG, and/or Action Games genre
Experience developing and conducting customer surveys
Experience implementing and developing changes in the areas of service culture, service strategy, and service vision
Experience conducting both individual and team training
Officially registered full-time employment
