Plarium is a multinational software development company specializing in mobile and desktop games. We have studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by more than 400 million users across 150 countries.

Our Kharkiv studio is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Strategy Games Department, which develops 5 RTS games created using the same engine but set in different worlds: Stormfall: Age of War, Soldiers Inc, Sparta: War of Empires, Total Domination, and Pirates: Tides of Fortune.

Our team has been working on these games for the past decade, and they are still played by millions of players from across the world. Successful candidates will work inside cross-functional teams including specialists in charge of QA, LiveOps, Localization, and Software Development.

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Kharkiv office or remotely (Ukraine only). Relocation assistance is available.

  • Creating the team’s tasks, setting priorities, and managing the development workflow
  • Supervising and managing the development process through all stages - from pre-production to release
  • Creating task requirements for all the teams involved in the development process
  • Optimizing internal processes
  • Coordinating monthly releases
  • Managing and updating the internal game documentation

What we expect:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in any company
  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level
  • Understanding of the software development process and life cycle
  • Experience managing internal development teams
  • Ability to prevent and solve problems and disagreements
  • Experience giving presentations
  • Ability to structure information efficiently and to maintain documentation
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail


  • Relevant work experience in the gaming industry
  • Agile certification (e.g. ACP, CSM, CPO)
