Plarium is a multinational software development company specializing in mobile and desktop games. We have studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by more than 380 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Kharkiv is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Business Solutions Department, which develops and maintains the corporate portal for Plarium employees from different studios all over the world.

The portal is a multi-module web application with a flexible, role-based system. It’s a platform for internal communication, HR solutions, and other tools and services. The main goal of the project is to improve the business processes of the company via automation.

The successful candidate will work at the Plarium Kharkiv office.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with the Product Owner, receiving business requirements and feedback
  • Analyzing the various types of requirements of the portal (functional, non-functional, and business)
  • Compiling SRS documents based on requirement analysis results
  • Monitoring project activities in various areas, including requirements gathering, UX design, development, testing, and release
  • Forming a sprint backlog based on business priorities, as well as tracking any changes
  • Organizing the team’s work, ensuring maximum efficiency
  • Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams
  • Communicating with the system’s users, processing and forwarding bug reports to the development team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level
  • Understanding of the software development process and life cycles
  • Experience creating project documentation (including SRS) and updating it as project changes require
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate constructively with users and project stakeholders

Desired:

  • Experience collaborating with UX designers
  • Higher education in a technical field
