Marketing Business Intelligence Department manages deployment of our full-cycle marketing system that works with over 300 marketing platforms and networks worldwide.

Every Plarium studio utilizes these tools to create, monitor, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns. We also use them for our reporting systems.


  • Working together with analysts and product managers in order to receive marketing business requirements and feedback
  • Conducting technical analysis, analyzing our partners` documentation, defining product requirements and implementing the most efficient solutions for any given business requirement
  • Coordinating development projects across all functions (UX design, research, development and QA) 
  • Organizing the effective work of the team (processes and deadlines)
  • Writing technical specifications and user guides
  • Manage prioritization and define product release milestones, establish success metrics and track progress to delivery
  • Full responsibility for product launches and measurement of business results


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of major software development processes
  • English language skills (written and spoken) at an upper-intermediate level or higher
  • Presentation skills;
  • Able to work across functions, work with people, present to customers and peers as required


  • Experience as an Analyst / Product Manager
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL, and able to learn other BI systems as required
  • Ability to do basic UX design (wire-frames)
  • Experience working with UX designers
  • Experience in marketing
