Plarium is a multinational software development company specializing in mobile and browser games. We have studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by 250 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Kharkiv is seeking a talented individual to serve as Project Coordinator for our Internal Software Development team. This team is responsible for improving and supporting the corporate portal for Plarium employees. The portal is a multi-module web application that provides services in the following three areas:

  • Internal communications, with a company news portal, corporate document repository, and platform for communication between the employees
  • HR solution system, including employee accounting modules, time management, recruiting, evaluation and goal setting, reporting
  • Services and instruments, from the interactive map of the office based on a biometric authentication system, to the module for booking meeting rooms

The main goal of the project is to improve business processes of the company via automation.


  • Analyzing and systematizing information on business processes of the company: negotiating project requirements with the stakeholders of Plarium studios, conducting interviews, and writing business correspondence
  • Designing optimal solutions together with UI/UX experts under the Product Owner’s supervision
  • Developing technical documentation and keeping it up to date
  • Coordinating the process of development: assigning and monitoring tasks, supervising content preparation, holding team meetings, taking part in prioritization and development planning
  • Providing user support: running demos, providing consultation on features, processing requests, and gathering feedback
  • Keeping records


  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher (written and spoken)
  • Skills in gathering, describing, and systematizing project requirements
  • Skills in efficient information structuring and documentation management
  • Experience in performing data analysis, running user interviews, and using analytical tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Understanding of the development process and life cycles
  • Experience maintaining business correspondence in Russian and English


  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum or Kanban methodology
