Plarium Kharkiv is looking for an outstanding HR Project Coordinator to join our Talent Management Department. The Talent Management Department is responsible for developing and implementing HR processes at the company, creating an environment conducive to employee motivation, career advancement, and professional fulfilment. The team works with 750+ specialists across 30 departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the Remote Employment project within the company.

You’ll be able to work at the Kharkiv office or remotely (Ukraine only).

  • Developing concepts and forming strategies for the Remote Employment project
  • Developing necessary project policies and processes
  • Conducting surveys and analyzing the remote employee satisfaction level
  • Providing consultation on the project
  • Requesting feedback from all stakeholders and improving the remote employment process
  • Developing a value proposition for remote employees based on research of trends in the IT industry
  • Making suggestions for the optimization of the remote work process

What we expect:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager
  • Experience developing and implementing business processes in a company
  • Understanding of the basics of project management
  • Understanding of the best practices for creating task descriptions
  • Experience analyzing and describing business processes
  • Strong self-organization skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to be diplomatic
  • Ability to multitask
  • English language skills at the pre-intermediate level or higher


  • Presentation skills
  • Experience working in the gaming industry
