About the department:

Plarium is a multinational game development company with studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by more than 400 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Kharkiv is looking for talented Project Coordinators to join our Game Design Department, which is responsible for design, feature concepts, game balance, documentation, and UI/UX across our multiple projects.

Among the games the department works on is RAID: Shadow Legends, a collection MMORPG with an audience of 76 million players. RAID was nominated for Google Play’s “Best of 2019” Users’ Choice Award and was featured in numerous countries by Google and Apple. It is available on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

The department’s specialists work on creating new systems, mechanics, and unique content for RAID. They analyze game data, and constantly work to improve player experience and project KPIs.

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Kharkiv office or remotely (Ukraine only).


  • Creating and updating project documentation

  • Compiling regular reports on the work of the department

  • Coordinating and distributing tasks between teams as part of preparations for in-game events

  • Organizing and holding team meetings

  • Ensuring teams within the department efficiently carry out their work

What we expect:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience

  • English language skills at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher

  • Ability to structure information efficiently and maintain documentation

  • Experience giving presentations

  • Ability to maintain business correspondence in English

  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage and resolve disputes


  • Experience working in the gaming industry

  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence

  • Certification in the spheres of team and/or project management

Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
