Plarium Kharkiv is looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our Game Design & Analytics Department, which is responsible for design, analysis, feature concepts, and game balance across our multiple projects. The analytics team consists of specialists in data analysis, project documentation design, and UX design. The team collects, segments, and visualizes data to improve our products, then forms hypotheses and conducts research to verify them.

Responsibilities:

  • Improving team efficiency according to the project’s roadmap and ensuring that task deadlines are met by adjusting workflow when necessary
  • Coordinating with Game Design, LiveOps, and other teams, as well as the remote Marketing and Business Performance teams
  • Providing up-to-date project information to the team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management
  • English language skills at the upper intermediate level or higher
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Presentation skills

Desired:

  • Experience playing free-to-play games
  • Knowledge of game design and game analytics principles
  • Skills in people management
