We’re searching for a highly qualified Product Marketing Manager to work closely with the Product Marketing Team and other departments in Plarium.
This individual will organize and manage the workflow of product marketing activities while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of product marketing functions, including communications, project planning and project managing.
The Product Marketing Manager must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Organizing and managing the documentation surrounding Product Marketing activities
Assisting Product Marketing team with communications with partners
Synchronizing the documentation with coordinators from the Studio and PC Marketing teams
Improving the existing organizational workflow between Marketing, Creative and Studio departments
Follow-ups on Product Marketing activities’ updates and workflows
Plan and manage workflow/organization related meetings surrounding Product Marketing activities between Studio, Creative and PC Marketing teams
Follow-ups on all the deliverables surrounding Product Marketing activities (for example, special creatives, banners and so on)
Create, manage, and update detailed Product Marketing activity timelines in coordination with Product Marketing team
Ideate on implementation of organizational systems aimed at improving the efficacy of Product Marketing Team
Collect and store all the inbound documentation coming from partners surrounding Product Marketing activities (for example, contracts and presentations)
1-2 experience as a Project/Product Marketing Manager in an online or gaming company
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High operational skills
Problem-solving proficiency
Good procedures understanding
Past work experience as a marketing coordinator, project manager or similar role
Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google docs.
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related
Experience creating charts and timelines
Understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Experience with research using data analytics software
