Product Manager - HRIS

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to build clear system roadmaps and deliver amazing projects and features for our HR systems. Our Product Manager must have a passion for technical and business collaboration, and desires to help scale HR applications for a growing organization. S/he is comfortable being a team player and a leader, with a healthy balance of left and right brain skill sets.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be focused on creating, managing, and ensuring execution of the long-term roadmap of our HRIS system, Plarium Rocks. This would be done by utilizing insights from key stakeholders from the HR organization and from managers and employees across the company. In more detail:

  • Own the product vision, create and maintain the product roadmap and backlog. 
  • Hunt for big ideas that identify and solve important HR problems and move beyond incremental features to a complete end-to-end solution.
  • Stay current on HR technology and trends, bringing new ideas to HR
  • Lead the entire product management lifecycle of the HR product domain with full responsibility to its performance and innovations E2E.
  • Perform analysis of business, technical, operational, and market considerations for new product features. Lead make vs. buy decisions. Own feature prioritization.
  • Work jointly with the product R&D and with external vendors throughout all of the product’s stages, and supervise new product developments, while ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Be the voice of the product to senior management.


  • 3+ years of product management experience, mostly with B2B products.
  • Experience working with and leading global teams.
  • Experienced with Agile development methodology.
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making. An analytical person experienced with metrics-focused product management. 
  • Experience designing product UX, creating wireframes, and working with UX/UI designers. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
  • Enthusiasm to develop engineered processes and technologies and to apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements while encouraging creative thinking and innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Have domain experience from HR.
  • MBA / Graduate degree.
