Plarium Lviv is looking for talented Player Support Agents who will help players solve in-game problems and interact with developers to improve the user experience.
The successful applicant will first enter an adaptation period. During this period, you will work with us over a period of four weeks, Monday to Friday, four hours a day. One of these daily hours will be fixed (16:00 - 17:00 EEST); the other three will take place within our working hours of 10:00 - 18:30 EEST. One working hour per week will be dedicated to discussing performance.
If the adaptation period is finished successfully, you will join the Customer Support Department and become a part of the Plarium family!
Note: During lockdowns, employees of Plarium Lviv work remotely.
