We’re looking for a talented Player Support Agent to join our Customer Support Department, which is responsible for interacting with game communities and passing player suggestions about game functionality improvements to developers.

The successful applicant will join the team that supports players of Mech Arena – an online third - person MMO shooter focused on team interaction, competitive spirit, and character and weapon development. You can check out the game on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

Responsibilities

  • Investigating reported issues with the game and responding to user queries

  • Processing bug reports and creating technical reports

  • Liaising with development, testing, and game design teams

  • Updating the project database (writing entries/articles, answering frequently asked questions)

  • Improving the self-service system for players by assisting in the optimization of its processes and tools

What we expect

  • English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher

  • Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communications principles

  • Ability and desire to work as part of a team

  • Time management skills and capacity to multitask

Desired

  • Competence in writing and reading Ukrainian

  • Action gaming experience

  • Knowledge of software testing specifics and experience working with bug-tracking systems (we use Jira)
