Plarium Lviv is looking for talented Player Support Agents to join our Customer Support Department, which interacts with our gaming communities and filters suggestions from players to the development team.

The successful applicant will be part of a team supporting Raid: Shadow Legends, a dark fantasy collection MMORPG enjoyed by more than 81 million players worldwide. The game has been featured worldwide on Google Play, the App Store, and the Microsoft Store. It is available on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office and remotely in Ukraine or Poland.


  • Investigating complaints from players and answering their questions

  • Processing bug reports and creating technical reports

  • Cooperating with the development, QA, and game design teams

  • Updating the game support page (writing articles about the game’s features, creating guides, and answering frequently asked questions)

  • Analyzing the user support ticket system, handling incoming ticket submissions, and optimizing processes in order to support our games better


  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher

  • Fluency in Ukrainian

  • Strong communication skills

  • Understanding of the principles of customer interaction

  • Strong desire to work as part of a team

  • Time management skills and the ability to multitask


  • Experience playing Action and MMORPG games

  • Understanding of software testing

  • Experience working with bug tracking systems (experience with Jira is a plus)

After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.

Technical interview


This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.

Meeting with HR


After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
