Plarium Lviv is looking for talented Player Support Agents to join our Customer Support Department, which interacts with our gaming communities and filters suggestions from players to the development team.
If your application is successful, you will join a team of experienced professionals who will help you adapt to the role and gain the required skills. The team, in cooperation with the Strategy Games Department, supports five real-time strategy game projects: Stormfall: Age of War, Soldiers Inc, Sparta: War of Empires, Total Domination and Pirates: Tides of Fortune. These games have been on the market for more than 10 years, and continue to attract millions of players from all around the world.
The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office and remotely in Ukraine or Poland.
Investigating complaints from players and answering their questions
Processing bug reports and creating technical reports
Cooperating with the development, QA, and game design teams
Updating game support pages (writing articles about game features, creating guides, and answering frequently asked questions)
Analyzing the user support ticket system, handling incoming ticket submissions, and optimizing processes in order to provide better support for our games
English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher
Fluency in Ukrainian
Strong communication skills
Understanding of the principles of customer interaction
Ability to work in a team
Time management skills and the ability to multitask
Experience playing real-time strategy games
Understanding of software testing
Experience working with bug tracking systems (experience with Jira is a plus)

After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
