About the department:

Plarium Lviv is looking for talented Player Support Agents to join our Customer Support Department. The successful applicant will be supporting Mech Arena: Robot Showdown (iOS, Android), a third-person MMO shooter. Their responsibilities will include interacting with our game communities and filtering suggestions from players to the development team.

Successful candidates will be able to work at the Lviv office or remotely (Ukraine only).

Responsibilities:

  • Investigating complaints from players and answering their questions

  • Processing bug reports and creating technical reports

  • Cooperating with the development, QA, and game design teams

  • Updating the game support page (writing articles about the game’s features, creating guides, and answering frequently asked questions)

  • Analyzing and optimizing processes in order to support our games better

What we expect:

  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher

  • Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian

  • Strong communication skills

  • Understanding of the principles of customer interaction

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Time management skills and the ability to multitask

Desired:

  • Experience playing Action and MMORPG games

  • Understanding of software testing

  • Experience working with bug tracking systems (experience with Jira is a plus)
