We work closely with our gaming studios to provide best in class back-office solutions for the game operations.

As the Payments PM in the Payments Processing space, you’re passionate about payments. You bring a deep understanding of how money moves between merchant platforms and payment processing partners, including payment gateways, processors, acquirers, card networks, and issuers.

A Plarium Product Manager can expect to work on the cutting edge of technology, data, digital marketing, and algorithmic decision-making all at a scale that very few gaming companies in the world today can offer.

Responsibilities

  • As Plarium’s Payments PM, you will own product management for Plarium’s games payments solutions, across all platforms. You will lead us into the era of mobile payments freedom, and be part of the crypto-currency vanguard.

  • You will be required to build business use cases considering privacy and regulation (legal and financial) that influence a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, finance, compliance, legal, and business experts, within Plarium and across Aristocrat.

  • You’ll improve and innovate our global end-to-end payments processing capabilities, including new ways to exchange money with payments partners, store payment details on our platform, and reduce operational/maintenance overhead while delivering seamless, secure, and reliable payments experiences that delight our players.

  • You will build relationships and coordinate business development efforts for key partnerships with Payment service providers, Merchant platforms, crypto infrastructure providers, fintechs, financial institutions, etc.

  • You’re able to navigate through technical and regulatory constraints while simultaneously distilling and communicating complex subject matter to payments and non-payments stakeholders.

What we expect

  • 5+ years of product management experience.

  • Launching new payment methods or partner integrations within the greater payments ecosystem consisting of payment gateways, PSPs, payment networks, merchant service providers, issuers, and acquirers.

  • Experience managing the business relationship with partners from the payments ecosystem.

  • Experience working on a highly technical product, specifically platform product management experience, building products that can be leveraged by a variety of business stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with other product managers.

  • Experience working with global teams.

  • Experienced with Agile development methodology.

  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making. An analytical person experienced with metrics-focused product management.

  • Experience designing product UX, creating wireframes using tools such as Figma, InVision, and working with UX/UI designers.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment.

Desired

  • Familiarity with PCI-level compliance, secure token vaulting, and network tokenization (e.g. MDES, VTS) a plus.

  • Technical background - experience as an engineer, data analyst, or payment operations specialist.

  • Global perspective - experience with global, alternative payment methods outside of credit cards, including digital wallets, SEPA, ACH, and prepaid cards

  • Product Management experience with Crypto / Blockchain, having significant functional knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and players involved, including in-depth knowledge around permissioned and permissionless blockchain technologies.

  • Have domain experience from customer engagement, gaming, marketing, or ad-tech.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or statistics.

  • MBA / Graduate degree.

  • Be an avid gamer.
