About the department:

Plarium is a multinational software development company specializing in mobile and browser games. We have studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by 400 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Kharkiv is looking for talented .NET Developers to join our Game Server Development Department, which develops high-load, scalable game servers for our strategy games, and for a new, as-yet-unannounced game.

The successful candidate will work with a team of specialists who create and implement tools for profiling, deployment, and monitoring our game servers, and develop architecture components that are used on several of our projects.

The department’s technology stack consists of: ASP.NET, MS SQL, C # .NET 5, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, NUnit, xUnit, Unity.

Successful candidates will be able to work at our Kharkiv office or remotely.


  • Maintaining and developing the server-side of game projects

  • Creating new gaming services

  • Solving issues related to design and optimization of game code performance

  • Cooperating with game designers and contributing to the decision-making process on game mechanics design

  • Creating server-side solutions to improve player experience

What we expect:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in software development

  • Knowledge of OOP, C#, .NET, SQL

  • Skills in writing clear, testable code


  • Field-specific technical education

  • Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Unity

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to support your opinions with arguments

Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
