Plarium Israel’s studio is the first and oldest of all Plarium studios. Our art and design team is one of the largest in the Israeli industry. We specialize in 2D and 3D graphics, animation and UX/UI for hardcore and social games on mobile platforms.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a coherent narrative style throughout the game
  • Work closely with the game design and art teams on quest development
  • Develop voices, descriptions, and backstories for core characters
  • Write natural, accessible dialogue for a broad audience
  • Write, update, and maintain game narrative documentation
  • Work with the UX team on text for different GUI elements
  • Support the localization team in adapting the game to target languages

Job requirements:

Hard skills:

  • Outstanding written English skills at native fluency
  • A passion for communicating ideas with others and reconciling different viewpoints
  • Strong editorial skills
  • 2+ years experience in Games / Interactive Media industries
  • Experience writing character dialogues and monologues
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office and Google Suite

Additional hard skills:

  • “Concept-to-Launch” narrative design experience on a shipped product
  • Deep knowledge of casual mobile gaming
  • Familiarity with narrative-driven interactive media
  • Knowledge of Twist, Articy Draft, or other Narrative Development software suites

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Professional Interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the professional/team lead interview, you will meet with our HR specialist. They will give you more information about your development prospects in the company and provide details regarding our employee benefits program.
Meeting with the VP / CEO
In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.

Once the above stages are complete, we will invite you to our studio to make a formal job offer. If you live in another city or country, you can use our relocation program to help you hit the ground running.
