2021 has been an exceptional year - a few game releases, more in the pipeline, and a successful acquisition of a studio in Finland, we are now in search of a Mobile Marketing enthusiast who doesn’t take themselves too seriously, and is ready to take ownership of our mobile UA team; leading, mentoring and empowering a group of some of the sharpest minds in the gaming industry.


  • Lead, motivate & inspire a team of UA managers across a wide range of mobile ad-networks (Video networks, DSPs, Preload, Offerwalls - not search/socials)
  • Oversee day-to-day operations with an end-goal of spending multi-million dollar monthly budgets in the most ROAS-efficient manner
  • Analyze KPI’s for continuous optimization of paid acquisition to achieve volume, quality, and ROAS, acting fast on opportunities & threats
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key marketing partners
  • Maintain contacts with peers at relevant competitor companies in order to have a deep understanding of market and competitor trends
  • Develop new insights and process improvements for user acquisition management, analysis, and reporting
  • Motivate team members, create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Work closely with product & game design teams to support stronger KPI’s across various games
  • Be comfortable with building presentations, public speaking & articulating clearly to senior executives & large teams on an ongoing basis
  • With the help of both yours & supporting teams, collaborate to increase creative hit-rate’s, creative work flows & processes

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing/user acquisition experience in the mobile space.
  • 2+ years in a management role.
  • Tech Savvy, heavy mobile marketing, growth, and user acquisition experience
  • A creative thinker who feels just as comfortable crunching through raw sheets of data, as they would conceptualizing iterations for our newest cinematic trailer
  • Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, SEM, Social and Ad networks, including tracking tools, technical integrations, and best practices
  • Exceptional data analytics skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation), reporting and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Hebrew
  • A leader with an ownership mentality who is passionate about people, games, & data


  • Experienced in ad-monetization field
  • BA/BS in math, finance, economics, or another quantitative field
  • Experience in mobile gaming
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
