Marcom Manager

This position is a replacement for maternity leave (6 months), with a good option to stay after.

Manage the global internal communications based on Plarium’s business, corporate, and employer brand strategies to increase collaboration and employee engagement.

Support key senior executives and various stakeholders via presentations and various communication platforms.

Keep communications fresh, creative, and engaging to drive business objectives, culture, and employee engagement, while maintaining a consistent tone of voice for the Plarium brand.

Ensure continuous improvement by measuring communications impact and effectiveness.

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience teams to advise and support effective communications strategies and employer brand campaigns.

Develop relationships and collaborate with the marketing, community, and other teams across the company to identify the business needs and goals to ensure communications are clear to all internal stakeholders.

Ensure global communication guidelines are upheld during all brand activation activities.

Produce corporate, industry, and talent acquisition events together with our PR & Marcom team.

Prioritize and manage corporate brand projects from different studios and teams across the company.

Advise on best practice communication methods to ensure brand consistency throughout corporate initiatives, such as the corporate website.

What we expect

4+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment

Experience working for a large corporation - an advantage

A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience in marcom, employer branding, or communications

Native English speaker level - a must

Excellent written and verbal communication & storytelling skills – a must

Ability to communicate effectively via presentations and various communication platforms.

Experience working with creative teams and writing creative briefs.

Validated experience leading multiple projects to successful completion, agility, innovation, and ability to adapt to change


Experience in the gaming industry - an advantage

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications or a related discipline - an advantage

In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
