Managing Legal Counsel – Commercial

We're looking for an experienced lawyer to join our marketing legal team to lead and manage the legal support for several company’s departments, mainly to the marketing departments.

If you have excellent technical legal and drafting skills and can give practical, commercial legal advice to market-facing business teams, this role is for you.

The role requires a flexible, confident and pragmatic lawyer who can find practical solutions to new problems.

Reporting to the General Counsel.


  • Be in charge of commercial transactions from drafting, managing, negotiating various types of agreements: services agreements, publishing agreements, insertion orders etc.
  • Negotiate, review and draft various type of agreements including implementation of legal decisions throughout specific departments of the business.
  • Work independently on future-oriented legal and task areas and actively shape developments
  • Be responsible for the legal reviews, development of new and the maintenance of existing business processes and guidelines.

What we expect:

  • A Law Degree;

  • 6+ years in a top ranked Law Firm or High-tech company;

  • Experience in Corporate, Contracts and Commercial Law;

  • Fluent in English;

  • High Proofreading proficiency;

  • Legal experience in technology and/or digital marketing

  • Proven industry experience in the gaming sector – Advantage.

  • Ability to work as part of a team;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Strong legal writing skills required;

In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
