Plarium Kharkiv is looking for talented LiveOps Specialists to join our Action Games Department, which is currently developing Mech Arena: Robot Showdown, a third-person MMO shooter. You can check out the game here: iOS, Android.

Ability to work at Kharkiv office or remotely (only in Ukraine).


  • Developing new monetization strategies for the game
  • Analyzing and balancing the game’s economy
  • Crafting the balance of in-game events and analyzing their results
  • Coordinating with the art, development, and analytics teams to implement in-game events
  • Creating the calendar of in-game promotions and discounts


  • At least one year of game monetization experience
  • Understanding of the principles of game monetization and in-game economies
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and Google Sheets including working with pivot tables and formulas, performing calculations, and creating diagrams and sparklines
  • Basic knowledge of statistics
  • Experience creating and launching A/B tests
  • English language skills at the intermediate level or higher


  • Experience working in the MMO shooter genre
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools or BI platforms, including Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Power BI
  • Understanding of the technical side of game development, including client-server interaction and the practical aspects of MMO synchronization
  • Experience monetizing free-to-play games
  • University training in economics or mathematics
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work.
Waiting for feedback
After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
